Our dog actually loves going to the vet! And I have a feeling it has to do with the kindness of the people who work there. We always get reminder texts when it's time for her shots. They help us keep her happy and healthy!
I am very excited that Dr. Glock has taken over the practice. We were considering switching to a different practice. I am very happy with Dr. Glock so far. We've been seeing her for the most part the past year and a half or so and she's the main reason we waited it out before switching. I am so happy we waited.
I love this vet hospital, my cats Buddy and Little Bob go there and my dog Cocoa used to go there. They are the best.
My animals have been going to RRAH since 2013 when we moved to the area. Their staff is very friendly and Dr. Snyder is wonderful. With that said, until Friday I had never been in need of an emergency appointment. I had been to Upstate the morning prior with my sweet kitty ... and they thought it was neurological. He seemed to be coming around later that day but then Friday (the next day) he took a turn. I called them begging for him to be scene. I said I thought he may be dying and I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done, but I just want him to be seen. They couldn’t find a way to squeeze him in. They were “sorry” and could “understand” why I was upset ... but at the end of the day when my cat needed their care the most they didn’t care and were unwilling to find a way to get him in. I was able to find another office who was able to get him in ... and helped me to make the most difficult of decisions. At the end of the day, when I needed them to care ... they didn’t. As long as you are never in need of an emergency appointment, you should be good. I will never be back.
Raffi a nearly 2 year old golden doodle loves River Road Animal Hospital. He loves the vet care he receives and absolutely loves going to doggie day care. Everyone at River road is professional, friendly and responsive.nHis tail can knock you down when he sees the building.
