Loved Dr. Jiao. Best vet to step foot in North Rockland
This location does not currently exist.nnI called the number found online and made an appointment for my new puppy. When I got to the building it had been condemned due to a fire. I called the phone number to see if I was at the wrong place and found out that instead of having a message on their phone line explaining the situation they forwarded their calls to a Westchester location.nnThe woman who had made my appointment did not question which location I was calling for and did not verify their address. I was unable to make it to my appointment because I was at the location of the phone number that I called in Rockland county. Plus I never would have made the appointment if I knew it was in Westchester.nnI am very disappointed that they do not have a better system and I want people to read this before they waste their time and upset their pets for an unnecessary car ride and stressful time trying to figure out where to park when there is a dumpster in the way, and why the building is abandoned.
Call cause my diabetic cat was having issues. Dr. Texted right back and told me to come pick up,meds..
First time going to a vet, just for a general check up. I thought it was going to take a while but it didn't. And the staff are really nice, friendly and are willing to work with you.
Dr Joao is the best. I recommend him to anyone with a pet! Truly cares about wellbeing of the animals.
