These folks take good care of our two dogs and offer great referrals in the worst of times for our fur babies.
Excellent! Emergency visit: staff was Respectful, up front about the cost they knew we would have and the cost that was unknown until we finished the visit, )which were not outrageous) covered all the details with my teenager about her new pets, and scheduled her follow up with additional cost so we can be prepared.
The receptionist is always rude and appears to lack the ability to show empathy. The vets are great, but I just cannot deal with the receptionists bad attitude any longer. It's a shame to have someone like that as the front person. She is the only reason we will no longer use that vet office. My husband and I love the vets, they are so wonderful and caring, but life is too short to have to put up with rude folks for no good reason.
While the vets are ok the staff is extremely rude, condescending and unkind. If you value positive business practices and decent customer care then this is NOT the place to go. Also they talked me into putting my injured dog down when I don't think it was necessary and I will always regret that decision, so be careful.
I love the staff at Tara! Dr. Gretchen is so great with my animals. She actually cares about my pets well being! So genuine.
