The loss of my dad has been tremendous and fortunately they had taken care of their wishes. My experience with both Charlie and his son Corey was more than I could ask for. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and considerate during this loss of my dad.
So after careful consideration and finally being able to discuss the situation concerning the loss of my mother and the circus my brother caused afterward I would like to revise my review on this matter as follows this director was caught in the middle of a mess created by my brother and his lies and was trying to do his best to facilitate the situation and in the end when it was able to be discussed he was in fact blind sided by deceit and i would like to extend my sincere apologies on behalf of my family for the situation he had to deal with....he has gone above and beyond to help and would like to thank him for it. I myself am so relieved that I was able to speak with him and correct this and I would and will recommend him in the future should anyone need his services that know...Thank you again for helping us thru this difficult timeud83dude0a

Root funeral home handled both of my parents final arrangements. They were kind and compassionate and provided materials to help us organize and keep track of food, flowers and donations that were received. They also provided us with a checklist of things to do in the days weeks months ahead.
Owner Chuck- quoted me a huge price- and when I got a another Funeral home to help me ..HE Kept the body hostage for $325.00.until it was paid.nnSHAME ON YOU!
