I had a last minute order on Friday afternoon for a funeral service the following morning at 9am. Ben was extremely helpful and assured me the flowers would be delivered in time. Since it was a local funeral home, he said there was no charge for delivery, even though it was a last minute order. I was so shocked because it seems everybody charges for delivery these days. I ended up calling him back about 1/2 hour later to add another order of flowers from my siblings. He said no problem and helped me with that order as well. When I saw both arrangements the next day at the funeral service, I was extremely pleased. They were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, even better than I expected! Thank you Ben (and whoever else helped with the order)! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate such good customer service and impeccable talent.
I have to give a 10/10, not just a 5/5 review for the wonderful help and service Ben provided for me today. Ben went above and beyond to help me with a beautiful Memorial Basket for a close friends services. I was calling from out of town, and Ben was very helpful and accommodating,. I can not thank Felthousen's Florist enough for their excellent service.
