Ordered a spray for a funeral and the delivered product was not what was ordered and the flowers were wilted. We informed her within an hour of delivery and actually ordered a replacement from a competitor (Aileen''s ) and while we did receive an apology only a partial refund was offered. Save time and money and skip Olivia''s.
