I placed an order for Mother’s Day Flowers to be delivered via the website. I placed my order to be delivered to Buckhorn with no problems at all because the website said they delivered to Buckhorn. I called today, Friday before Mother’s Day, at 4:30 to find out if the order was delivered before I called to ask my mother if she liked the flowers. Guess what I found out....this place won’t deliver and had not contacted me!!!! Now my Mother won’t get flowers and this place doesn’t care. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has everything I need and it's always beautiful in there with all the decor.

Extremely disappointed on all fronts. Ordered a live plant three days in advance of visitation for my friend's father's funeral. At visitation, the plant was not there. Extremely embarrassing. Called the next morning (the shop was closed when I discovered the problem at the visitation). Was told it did arrive. I explained that I was AT the visitation and it had NOT arrived. The man argued with me. He said he put the card on it himself (which, apparently, to his mind meant that guaranteed delivery). I asked if it might have been sent elsewhere, insisting again the I was at the visitation and it had not arrived. He said that there was another funeral, so maybe. I asked him to check. I asked him to call me back and let me know. There was no call, so I called him 30 min before the funeral was to begin (as we were walking into the funeral home) He said it had been delivered to a different visitation. I told him I was extremely disappointed. He said he was sorry. No offer to do anything. No comment on why he didn't call me to let me know. We walked in and the plant looked like a $6.00 special from Walmart, not a $70 plant. The bow looked like something for a kids party, so inappropriate for a funeral. Another friend tried to work with them too (I found out later) and had to go elsewhere to find something. I could not, would not ever recommend this florist. Beware. Go anywhere else. Anywhere.

I called and spoke to a lady about getting something for my friend's dad funeral. I asked about hanging plants. She said we don't have any hanging plants and have not had any for awhile. My friend called and spoke to a man and was told he would order her one in. Well, I seen the one they brought to the funeral home. By the way they took it to the wrong funeral home. So, it did not make it to the visitation. It showed up the next day. It looked like it came from Walmart. It even had an inappropriate ribbon for a funeral service on it. I can say I am happy I didn't use them.

I ordered flowers almost two weeks before Valentine’s Day and when I called the day before it was to be delivered I was told my order was put on their desk because it didn’t have a message with it. It didn’t have a message because it wouldn’t let me put one in when I put my order in. Mind you I already paid for my order 2 weeks ago. I was told that they were out of roses and I was ok with them using other flowers that would be around the same price I paid for. But what I got was nothing near what I paid for. I was to have a red vase with a ribbon and instead I got a cheap white basket!! I feel like I got something that I could of went to Dollar Tree and made myself. Very disappointed with the quality of service I received and will never do business with them again!!!
