They took the extra time to look at additional potential issues (beyond what I brought my dog in for) at no additional charge. They were conscious of my time and cost of short and long term services. These things are very important and greatly appreciated. Kept me informed and make this an easy process

Dr. Budgin took the time to explain every detail of what was happening to my dog. She also presented me options on how to approach the problem. She has shown honest interested and care to my dog's well being. Everyone was so caring and kind, it was very welcoming. I really appreciate Dr. Budgin time over the phone after the appointment, explaining all of the details and giving her recommendations, beyond just the specific issue. Overall I had an excellent experience and highly recommend.

Real good people work here, they love what they do and you can see it. Your pet will be in good hands with them. They helped us cure an ongoing ear fungus in our labradoodle.

Dr. Budgin and her team were great. She was recommended to me by another veterinary surgeon. Covid protocols meant Winnie had to go in by herself (and she has major separation anxiety!). But the techs were very kind and sweet and managed to get her in. Dr. B answered all of our questions and gave us great advice to help us make decisions for Winnie. She didn’t rush AT ALL and actually called me back later that evening because she thought of one more thing she wanted to tell me. Great experience start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend this group.
