My dog Charlie and I were treated with care and compassion. Dr. Cindy Copeland took the time and I didn't feel rushed. The experience was fantastic.

Absolutely terrible. No compassion towards animal lovers. We had to put a cat down and I understand COVID-19 is a big issue but I was putting MY cat to sleep and I wanted to be there while it was happening. They told me to take as much time as I needed. Once I was ready and gave her my cat she was very stressed out and the sedative wasn’t kicking in because she needed me to calm her down. Then once I asked to see her again they proceeded to complain about how much time I was taking. This was VERY unprofessional, I as a client should take however much time I need to put my animal to sleep. It’s not a simple decision and I can’t say goodbye in 2 minutes. I’ve had my dog put down by another mobile vet and they came INTO my house and put her to sleep with me right by side. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t regret my decision because of how terrible this was. I put my trust into a vet that I had no knowledge about and took a chance because she was in pain. If I could undo this and call the other vet I’d do it in a heartbeat. Please reconsidernngoing to another vet, nothing will fix or undo this.

Chewy was going downhill with mobility & digestive problems. Dr Copeland came right out in her mobile wonder van & did a series of tests to finally figure out his problems. I wish my ex vet had been so thorough!nDr Copeland may not be warm & fuzzy to humans (which I completely understand- we’re not worthy!) but she knows her stuff. She is warm & fuzzy with my dog & that’s what counts. Thanks to her diligence & thoroughness my Chewy is finally on the road to recovery. I highly recommend this veterinary service If you’re unhappy with your vet, go see Prefurred.

My kitten was getting spayed on site and we had a 9am appointment. They took her from us at 9am and told us that they told another client that they can go first, so my kitten would go after (not sure why we showed up at our appointment time and was not notified of this prior to showing up...)nnWe ended up waiting in the parking lot WITHOUT our kitten (who waited 2.5 hrs in her carrier in a room with two barking dogs!!!)—the vet told me this when I asked if she stayed in her carrier. My kitten was finally done with the procedure at 12:45pm.nn9 days later I am now writing this review because her incision is not healing properly. It didn’t look like a clean incision at all. I emailed Prefurred Vet and have not heard back yet.
