Dr.Heins and his staff are incredible. As an owner of four dogs and a foster for a rescue two rivers animal hospital makes me feel like a priority patient every time I call. Whether it’s to schedule an appointment or ask a question they are extremely responsive and attentive to each of my pets needs. I personally respect Dr. Heins and his medical guidance and options for health concerns big and small for my pets. There is no one else I would trust with the health and wellness of my fur babies and foster babies. Thank you and your staff for continuing to be the best! If your looking for a vet who truly listens and has your pets best interest at heart. You have found him in Dr. Heins.

Hands down the best vet! We have been to others and weren't impressed. Then we met Dr. Heins. He has phenomenal bedside manner with both the animals and their owners. He listens and answers all your questions thoughtfully and respectfully. He doesn't rush through an exam or your questions because he truly wants the best for you and your pet. We love that Dr. Heins doesn't push medication or vaccines unless he feels it's the best course of action. More than anything, we love that our sometimes skittish dog is comfortable with him.

Dr. Heins is fantastic. Very patient with the pets and their owners and answers all our questions thoroughly. The other workers are also very kind and considerate. In fact Mike helped us jump our car after the battery died! Can't say enough good things about this place.

I have been taking my two dogs and cat to Dr. Heins for several years and my family has also taken our dogs to Two River Animal Hospital for a long time. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and Dr. Heins goes above and beyond to accommodate. Just this weekend on Sunday night he personally called me back after I left a message for his office to let me know I could bring my dog in Monday night for a last minute appointment since she was not putting weight on her back leg (not a robo call or automatic email/text)! The vet techs are always very kind and helpful too (my one dog is a anxious mess anytime he goes and is a lot to handle). I am in and out of their office within an hour. Dr. Heins takes time to speak to you about what is going on with your pet so if you have to wait a little longer know that it is because they care!nnI would not bring my animals anywhere else!
