Very pleased with Atlantic Veterinary hospital. Been taking my dog here since they opened and have received nothing but amazing care from the entire staff. The office is very clean and prices very affordable!

This place is amazing. Everyone is kind, collaborative and puppy-centered! We literally love and leave our appointments well educated to support out two Newfoundlands.

I’m really not happy with how Atlantic Veterinary Hospital operates. I brought my cat to the clinic for the first time and although they do keep the facility clean, I had to wait over half an hour with my cat in my car after my schedule appointment time. By then my cat was a nervous wreck and they could not do any diagnostic testing for his annual exam. A waste of a trip and a traumatic experience for my cat. To top it off, the vet told me my cat should have a flea and tick medication. So I applied it the next day. My cat immediately began to have a toxic reaction. I called the vet and they said “wash it off and if that doesn’t work, take him to another clinic.” ...Another clinic?? Seriously?? Well I could have taken him to YOUR clinic if you hadn’t waited to call me back until 5 minutes before you closed!! Now my cat may have permanent neurological damage because he hasn’t had any improvements in his symptoms. Thank you for your wonderful advice on how to make my cat sick.

I have used numerous veterinary services but have never seen the caring that these people show, from answering the phone to speaking with the doctor. Unfortunately my 14 year old English sheepdog was at the end of her life when I started my visits. Dr. Griffin was very professional and empathetic giving me all my options and even called me after a visit to see if she could offer any further advice. I don’t write many reviews on anything but felt compelled to write this one and to thank everyone at this service for the amazing job they do!!

We visited Atlantic as first time clients with a very senior dog. They were very responsive, kind and caring. Wonderful experience all round.
