Very caring staff. Wait time was long but was worth it. Dr. Kotani is great. He explains and answers all questions. Vet tech Ashley was wonderful. Kitty is a sick little cat and is getting very good treatment

The amount of patience, compassion and regard for pet owners is truly comforting.nUnfortunately I had to put my beloved pet down due to a tumor in a small animals mouth - heartbreaking moment that the staff understood and was super patient and guided me to make the best decision for my pet.nnI'm sorry I don't recall the male Dr who helped us to thank him virtually however he is a star for Oradell hospital.nnI would highly recommend people to bring their pets here, the staff provides the utmost care for you and your fur friend.nThank you Oradell staff

Great friendly staff. Convenient location. Only thing is that they are so popular that they don't have appointments till month later. Otherwise no complaints. They follow all COVID-19 related safety measures.

Incredibly unreliable, self oriented and extremely expensive. Stay away!!!!
