Animal Hospital Of Rutherford

The staff were all very, very nice and obviously care about the animals. We were able to watch through the window as they saw our kittens, as we were not permitted in due to COVID. Word to the wise, however. They are pricy and fantastic sales people. If you do not want to spend money on all the extra stuff, stand your ground! They take a holistic approach, and tried to sell us essential oils, specialty diet food, probiotics, and tests we weren't sure we needed. We compromised and our kittens are doing just fine without the stuff we didn't get.

Horrible customer service my son took my dog today 7-17-2020 appointment at 19:20 waited more than half hour calling them before to let them know of his arrival then half hour later someone call saying that he missed the appointment and that are dog procedure wasn’t important that they were working in more important dogs. I’m very disappointed for the horrible customer service image if the customer service is bad how bad can be on any pet procedure I’ve called immediately and I have requested for the clinics manager to reach out to me on the phone. Let’s see I’ll keep you posted how they gonna handle this situation.nI wont be able to recommend this place. Pending

Great service, they took good care of my rescued dog and kitty. Dr. Tobia was very understanding and recommended practical solutions for my dog which had some health issues. Highly recommended!

The front desk is really nice and quick. They were very professional and helped me with my dogs appointment. The staff is very kind and explained alot of what was needed for my pet.

If I could rate them more than 5 starts I would do so. I absolutely love the care they give to my pets. Dr. Tobias and Dr. Brooks truly love what they do. The hospital is always clean and organized. The receptionists and vet techs always have a positive attitude with huge smiles on their faces. Everyone is extremely friendly and I would recommend this animal hospital for anyone who is looking into high quality care.
