I take my dog since she was a little puppy, I really recommend this place the staff is very friendly and the doctors are the best.

Typically I wouldn't leave a bad review as I understand that everyone and every business will have days when things don't go as planned. That being said, I have had three appointments and have had to wait at least an hour or more each time. I was only able to keep one of the three appointments because I had to leave for work. Now while I understand that medical offices get backed up due the nature of the conversations being had with patients, I do believe staff should inform patients of the wait so that we can also manage our valuable time. Just tell me you are backed up so I can plan or make alternate arrangements. I have decided to go back to Rutherford Animal Hospital, where we had gone previously. They always managed the expectation and let you know if there was going to be an excessive wait. I should mention the staff at Nutley was apologetic and if this had been a one time occurrence we would not have gone elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable about son's guinea pig's respiratory infection. Four stars based on extensive wait time to be seen for our appointment...waited over an hour from scheduled time but the vet was great once we were seen
