I want to preface this by saying Dr. Houston is kind, compassionate, and thorough. She seems knowledgable. But the front desk staff here is BAD. Like, I'm not bringing my animals here again BAD. Just some of what I've experienced recently: They leave you on hold indefinitely, don't call back, act annoyed when they have the wrong number for your account, act annoyed when you point out that they didn't communicate with you about your pet... Basically, miscommunication galore. They told me that I had to schedule a surgery to remove my cat's tumor when we were never even told that she had a tumor!

Seems like a good animal hospital, but really needs to get their things together on the adoption department.

I brought my 4 monthnold husky puppy here for routine shots and medications. The vet was AMAZING! The staff is down to earth and compassionate towards the animals and go above and beyond to take care of your pets like they were their own. I cant recommend this vet highly enough!!! Thank you for the amazing service!

We can’t thank you enough for providing the best care for our doggie in such serious condition that she was. She is happy to be home and looking good because of you guys!
