Essex Animal Hospital

We have three cats and switched vets after a very bad experience. Dr. Ann takes such good care of our cats. We have one diabetic, one boy who is not a good self-regulator with food, and one with chronic herpesvirus, and she always takes lots of time, has lots of patience, answers every question, listens, and makes us feel like we have got everyone “under control!” While the cats don’t like going to the vet, they like her and her calm and attentive staff. We were referred by our neighbor who worked with their cat for over 15 years. We love Dr. Ann!

Dr. G was awesome!! We just rescued a tripawd from Georgia and wanted to get him checked out. Dr. G was patient with all my questions and super thorough on his answers! I felt comfortable leaving our pup in their hands. The pricing was definitely good, I’m sure for the area. Found bravecto online for cheaper though, so will be ordering that online. Will be back!!

Our family had a wonderful experience today during an emergency visit for our cat Misha. The doctor and staff really took their time to find the problem and make sure we understood everything. Thank you so much!

One of the best vets in the area and easily one of the most compassionate. We have used this vet since moving to Rockaway and they e been very caring and compassionate when handling our, sometimes difficult, pooch for the past few years.
