Stargazers Flowers & Gifts

On my 55th Birthday I got flowers that was ordered to me from my daughters and mum back in Norway, and from JustFlowers online, from my husband....... They was looking pretty for 2 days then they started drying out and dying.... I called , was told the owner was sick but she would make sure she called me, heard nothing so I decided to bring the dead flowers in last Wednesday..... She told me she was going to talk to her delivery man, but since it’s Monday today I called AGAIN..... Still this delivery man is the boggy man since he hasn’t explained why this flowers that wasn’t cut correctly died...... If you want flowers to live for more then one or two days, go somewhere else, or save some money and get roses at Kroger’s...... At least you don’t pay $150 for something that’s surviving 2 days.......nnResponse from the ownern54 minutes agonYou and I have already been through this and you continue to harass me and my business. I have already proved to you that you are not being honest in what you are saying. They were not $150.00 and I proved that. I did not say I had to talk to my delivery guy. He has nothing to do with it. Your neglect is why those flowers died. I had the same flowers in other arrangements that lasted for more than a week. I also proved all of this to the wire service that these were ordered through. I have every message and comment you have made saved and I can prove the harassment from you also.nnJust for your information, my husband paid 145.46 $ My daughter paid 85.00$ So yes your absolutely right it was a lot more then 150$... If it’s my neglect that this flowers died in 2 days, I wonder how flowers from other stores was fine for over 2 weeks? If flowers from you can’t survive 2 days in someone’s living room, then you should start send out food for the flowers, you know those small bags coming from other flower shops, and the messages you have is just me giving you a review..... If bad reviews is considered harassment, then I’m sorry, but as long as my reviews can keep people from buying flowers for over 200$ and they are accused of neglect after the flowers don’t survive 2 days, I’ll keep posting those reviews.... By the way, after contacting Interflora I also learned that the flowers you sent out as an arrangement was NOT the arrangement my daughter ordered.... I got that in an email from Interflora.... My daughter at least got her money back, and hopefully Interflora will find another flower shop partner in Bardstown.....

I placed an order online and the system this florist is connected to cancelled the order. When I called and spoke with her, she went out of her way to complete my order and make it right. I loved the basket and would recommend them!

Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Stargazers. The quality of my flowers was outstanding! They were so fresh and beautifully arranged.

I love this florist. They are so much cheaper than ordering through any on-line places. Such care and super fresh unique flowers. I'll always order from Stargazers!

Stargazers is the only florist I will use! They take the time to find out your idea and then turns it into a perfect creation! You can tell the owner really enjoys her job. I have used them for prom, 8th grade nights, and just pick me up flowers. Carol has even took my daughter's vision of a solid black bouquet into reality. My daughter was giving it to her teacher at her retirement. If you need anything I suggest going to Stargazers! Believe me you will not be disappointed!
