Ordered online from out of state, (3 different arrangements), always worry if it will look like it does online, they ended up looking fantastic, job well done, thank you very much !! Only negative I can give was, all 3 items had to be substituted (whether this was from a last min order or if it is a normal occurrence ?) even with that, all 3 substitutions were more than acceptable, it showed that they wanted to go above what could have been a disaster. Again, thank you very much Bardstown Florist !!

This florist is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased flowers online for my fiancé for our anniversary. I chose this specific bouquet for the vase it was in. She received the flowers and received the smallest one they had, I purchased the premium which is the largest. It didn’t have any red roses in it which was the main flowers. It was missing quiet a few things including the specific vase I wanted. So when I called they said they would come switch them out the next day...no lol the surprise is over and my fiancé didn’t get the flowers she deserved and that I paid for. So after all of this they decided to just stop and drop off 2 roses to her without even consulting me. Please tell me how the hell 2 roses fixes the issue? What about the vase and what about the $20 difference I got screwed out of because they made a mistake. I won’t be using them again and I’ll be letting all my family and friends know not to order from this florist.

I will never order from this florist again. I ordered lillies for a friend for her grandmother's funeral and they were not delivered. When I called to ask why, I received a phone call back an HR later and they had no excuse as to why it was not delivered and just said I could just cancel the order. I called them and the funeral home trying to arrange the flowers to be delivered because me and my friend neither live in bardstown. I called 5-6 times and every time I called they had nothing to update me with other than well the flowers should be there. They have absolutely no regard for the importance some of these gifts can be to a friend or family and do not care that they receive it or not. Terrible service and communication
