Dr. Gordon was amazing, after speaking with her I felt comfortable about my dogs care plan. Unfortunately her care workers didn’t have the same professionalism. I found them to be rude and condescending. I went to pick up my dog and stood waiting outside for over 15min because the staff working the desk never informed me the invoice would need to be paid immediately in order for my dog to be released back into my care. Very interesting as I’ve never had to immediately pay the bill for veterinary services ever. It wasn’t a problem but that probably should have been communicated on the phone before I picked my dog up. Even as I stood there waiting for my dog the staff didn’t communicate anything to me.nnDespite Dr. Gordon seemingly being a gem, her staff are the reason I’m not bringing my dog back. As far as I’m concerned you just held my dog hostage for payment, definitely not customer service worthy of my money.

Five stars for Bergen Veterinary Hospital!nnDr. Jen Suss, the Vet Tech and the front staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. They were very patient and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my Lola (6m Kitten). Their tone was very calming when explaining the best course of action. The prices were very reasonable for our area.nnThey take COVID-19 precautions very seriously by meeting you outside (with your pet). They took notes and history before I arrived (over the phone & on their app) before bringing Lola inside for exams and treatment.nnI feel very safe and can't recommend Bergen Veterinary Hospital enough.nnPaws up all around.

You made our experience a great one. From the moment I called and made the appointment you ensured me that my puppy was in good hands. When we pulled up the vet technician was so excited to see him and held him as if he was her own. The doctor answered so many questions for me and helped me become a better dog mom. Then when we picked him up the vet tech joked with us and showed her love for him. I could not have picked a better vet for my puppy. The prices are affordable especially for the great quality service!

Very attentive, always call back after each visit to give me the necessary info for my kitty’s care. Of course she’s not thrilled about going there, but I don’t blame her! Lol. But; thank you Bergen veterinary hospital for caring for my Mona.
