Twin Oaks Veterinary Hospital

I found out on Sunday Feb 28 from the Groomer that my dog had an ear infection. Knowing nothing about ear infections in dogs, My neighbor recommended Twin Oaks, I am so happy they did. I was able to get him an appointment for Tuesday March 2. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I spoke to the Vet. He was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I will be bringing Milo back to Twin Oaks. Prices are reasonable/Good Value.

First time with Twin Oaks. Dropped off our cat to the hands of Twin Oaks for neutering and shots. Receptionist very polite and easy to talk to. Nurse came put for our cat. Very polite as well.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT GO HERE. I would give zero stars. I never write reviews but Vet Luci Terenin is extremely unprofessional. She was curt and not knowledgeable. If you don't know how to talk to people, leave the business. You should not even be allowed near pets for all I know. You do not deserve any business if that woman keeps working there. Do not go here.

FRONT DESK IS TERRIBLE!!nI do like the doctors. However, the front desk staff is awful! That lady, Kathy, whatever her name is, that answers the phones most of the time. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her phone manner is terrible! You can just hear it in her voice when you call. I have to say, you are in the wrong field! People call seeking help for thier pets, no one wants to deal with a rude, mean person who shows absolutely no compassion for what she does. Most of all, for our pets. Get a new receptionist because that one sucks!!

Took my 3 female cats here for spaying, rabies shots and distemper shots...they were SUPERB in the surgery! And great pricing! Took great precautions during COVID-19....they asked for my car make model and color so they could come out to get my cats in their carries...one of my cats had pyometra (she is 8 years old) and they did so well in treating her for it...they also gave her 2 antibiotics (one liquid and 1 box of 3 pills) and also a vitamin supplement to help her eat after surgery...I definitely appreciate all the care this vet team did with my kitties! Thank you so much my pets are my family and I would of been so hurt if the pyometra would of been her death...You guys saved her life ud83dudda4
