Very pleasant people, very competent vets. Was able to treat my dog's skin condition that other vets were not able to identify. A little pricey but not anymore than any other vet. Was willing to work with us in an emergency

We are thrilled with the customer service here. Covid 19 protocol states that we can't go inside with our brand new puppy but everyone at the front desk, techs and doctor were great. We received a phone call with info about how our pup was and all information was given to us in a timely manner. Very transparent with prices as well.

I've been taking my cats here for 8 years now. The staff is so friendly and willing to listen to your concerns and stories, though I do try to keep mine brief (crazy cat lady talk can get carried away easily ud83dude1d). They seem to be less expensive than vets we've used, and have less turnover in veterinarians because Dr. Fraysse has been taking care of my cats for majority of our time as patients here. Their procedure during the pandemic really streamlines the check in and check out process, keeping everyone safe and healthy. Keep up the great work, HAH!
