Park Place Veterinary Hospital

Though it took awhile to get our initial appointment, which I didn’t mind since it showed a desire for folks to use them as their vet, we really enjoyed the service we got during our first visit. Before our visit I called with questions and they were happy to answer. We also were on the cancellation list and had offers for an earlier appointment but the times didn’t work out for us. During our pups first visit the actual doctor came out and spoke with us to give us updates about the visit and what to expect by the end, but they also went above and beyond in talking with us asking us more detailed questions about how our pup was doing at home how training was going along with giving us tips and tricks. We got all our questions answered and some knowledge dropped on us about diets. Also some pleasant real life talk beyond animals. It really was great to have our questions answered so thoroughly and the problems answered with solutions. Though we had a positive experience with the first vet we visited the above and beyond service we received at Park Place will keep us their. Also, the next appointment was scheduled during the visit and it isn’t as far out as the first, so once you’re in you’re in.

I've been bringing my pets here for years. They are great. My dog had some recent health issues and they have been amazing. Always available when I have a question. They all know their stuff and really helped my dog through some serious stuff.

Everyone was great! The vet, Dr. Lang, that did the procedure was fantastic and spoke with me about options and everything before Sailor went in. I’m so thankful for the vet techs. Kalie was amazing and so sweet, from carrying Sailor into the vets office to even answering questions outside of hours and making sure the vet and everyone new about my concerns. Erin was also awesome and called each day to check on Sailor to make sure every thing was healing properly and the meds were working for Sailor. I’m very pleased with the services the staff at Park Place. I usually spend most of my time at a second home in VT, and the staff at Park Place definitely makes it worth the drive all the back way to NH for vet care.

New client, took my two cats there for the first time this morning for annual visit and shots. From the first call to make an appointment through to getting my cats back in the car today, this place has been great. They even called me when there was a cancelation so I wouldn't have to wait until next month. Their process for ensuring safety is organized and well-run. Everyone there is friendly, articular, responsive, with clear and frequent communication and reminders. I never felt rushed or not listened to. Dr. O'Neill came out and introduced herself, which made the whole experience more personal.

Park Place Veterinary Hospital have been taken care of our dogs and cats for over ten years. When my dogs got tangled up with a porky pine, they took them right in and took care of them. They are very caring and love animals.
