I didn't have a bad experience here, but I do feel like I could have had a better one. I now work at a funeral home myself and look back on the little things that Wilkinson Beane could have done to make my famiy's experience a little less painful. I understand that my brother was not in a condition to be completely seen, but I felt the funeral director was a little cold when he told my mom he advised against seeing my brother. The director's where I work try their best to make sure a loved one can do SOMETHING to see their loved one if they wish, even if its just holding their hand with the rest of them covered. Like I said, little things, but they can be improved none the less.
