I am from out of town and ordered a Christmas centerpiece for my parents. I was very happy with the centerpiece - it was beautiful and the flowers and greens were fresh and healthy looking!!! I also appreciated getting a text message from the delivery person asking what my wishes were, when my parents weren’t home to receive the delivery, instead of just leaving it at the door. Would definitely order from Flowers Plus again!

The shop was very nice and I liked the feel as it made me feel comfortable. The shop was clean and well lit. The flowers in the shop looked very healthy. I went in on a Saturday and as I am out of state and this was a last minute trip I had not been able to make an appointment. I mainly wanted to get a look at the shop and get a ballpark for prices. The older of the 2 ladies made me and my fiance feel unwelcome and basically told us to come back with an appointment. The younger girl who was very busy with another order in the back did answer some of our questions. We made an appointment however cancelled as we also went to a few other shops and they were much friendlier and willing to work with us to answer some basic questions. I gave them a 4 as the shop was nice and the flowers looked great but we felt unwelcome and a little like they just wanted us out. Sam did call me back after I cancelled the appointment as I had to leave a message. She was very polite and was will to help still if we needed it later.

Very happy with Flowers Plus! I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law and she wasn’t home when the flowers were delivered. The delivery guy went above and beyond and stopped by her house a second time when she was home. She called us delighted. Her flowers are more beautiful than we expected and the delivery guy made everything so much more special by coming back on his own to make sure she would get her flowers and chocolates without her chocolates melting which would have happened if he just left them at the door. My in-laws said the delivery guy was so nice and he helped to make their day! Thank you so much Flowers Plus and thank you to your wonderful flower delivery guy! You guys are the best! I highly recommend Flowers Plus of Elk River!

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered at her work--little did I know, she took the day off! The delivery guy had gone to her work (per instruction) and after my mom's boss had told him she was not there, he then delivered them to her at home!! Great service! :)

Sam was so professional and easy to work with. She's so skilled at what she does and captured my vision perfectly for my wedding arrangements!!! Could not have asked for a better florist!! Also, everything was very affordable!
