I called for a delivery of a plant for a friend with a new job. Jamie was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. What a great experience in customer service!
On my first visit I went in and was quickly given wonderful customer service. I asked about the specials, which they knew off hand, and then asked for roses. The attendant asked if i would like the most fresh or the roses that were about to go on sale the next day and offered the sale price early. I was very surprised they were so willing to serve and give me a reasonable bargain. They answered any questions I had and ran up my purchase in record time. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I will be going here again.
I want to thank the florist at Over the Rainbow Floral for the beautiful floral arrangement that you made for my daughter! It was delivered on time and gave her a great big smile!! It was just what I was expecting. I would highly recommend your business!! Thanks again for a perfect bouquet!!
Poor choices of live plants. Poor customer service. The two ladies behind the counter ignored me when I first walked in but I let that one slide. One finally decided to wait on me. I had very specific thoughts as to what I wanted but establishment was unable to provide, so I looked at other choices. I went to ask a question about the choice and the woman turned her back to me. I walked out went to the other florist in town that was wonderful!
