This place does not take appointments and you are not guaranteed to see the same Doctor every time. This has not been an issue at all. Sometimes there is a wait, sometimes none at all. But no matter what vet is on duty, I have had no issues w consistent continuity of care. I have pit bulls and have never experienced any breed discrimination. Every member of the staff is sincerely kind, gentle and loving to each pet. I have no negative experiences to share. I recommend this clinic to all family and friends.
My family has used LOAC for many years... We love the entire staff and our dogs look forward to seeing Dr. jason. Through many new fur babies and laying old pals to rest, they have been there for us. They have provided well beyond typical veterinary care for our dogs and cats, they have provided us with love and emotional support through many close calls and hard decisions. I will never think of using another vet.
We've gotten all the answers we needed when we called. We just brought our pup in this morning for just a rabies shot and the staff was so nice and caring. Our pup was in and out fast and they treated him like family. We will definitely be returning for any of his needs. Thank you Dr. Weatherford and staff
I have always had stellar care at this vet clinic. From the front desk to the doctors, they are helpful and kind.
Been going here for years since I was a kid for my animals. Now as an adult been taking my dog for ten years here, great people that really care for you and your animals. With social distancing in place they have great procedures they are doing to prevent the spread, good system. A+ Also, their new facility is very nice.
