The funeral itself is a good size at its price. I believe its one of the cheapest funeral home to rent for the weekend, considering us Hmong people usually have a 3day session.nAnything the owner said voluntarily i wouldnt consider it. Now if its a service that is included with the rental, then I expect it. Over all its very spacious with a couple bathroom stalls. I give credit to whomever the caretaker is. One of my friends used to be the caretaker here and the owner is not the best person to be working for. Then again the owner was a decent person.

It's a good funeral home for people who have a big family, lots of space inside to sit. The main hall is really big and kitchen is big too. Parking is a little small. Overall it's not too bad.

Glenwood Funeral Home was the worst funeral home I’ve ever been to. Just had my grandmas funeral there this past weekend and the owner was the absolute worst. He was never around. He told my parents/church/relatives that he would take care of everything such as providing 4-5 bags of rice, guestbook, and calling the cemetery to dig the spot for my grandma and he didn’t do any of that (these were ALL the things HE volunteered to do).nnWhen we ask him about the rice (because we didn’t bring any for that night because he said he would) he tried to avoid the question and run off. He then called the Hmong store and instead of him going picking it up. We had to go pick it up. He said that he will bring the guestbook in the morning when he comes and opens the door but he never showed up.nnWhen it comes go the sound system and the projector for slideshows and what not, he didn’t know anything. Our guy in charge of music talked and ask him many questions and the owner was not able to give him anything. The owner was completely useless.nnAnd lastly and by far the worst part. My mom had ask him (the owner) if she needed to call the cemetery to dig up the hole so that it’s ready according to schedule and the owner said that he will be the one to handle all that. On the day of the burial by 10am Monday morning, we received news from the cemetery that no one has called them to have the hole ready. The owner himself said that he forgot! Our people was furious because not only had the owner lied all week, he managed to get the most important day messed up.nnThe owner was really unprofessional, clueless, helpless, a liar and was a complete ghost all weekend.nnI do not recommend anyone to rent from that Hmong guy unless you just pay for the days and provide and do everything yourselves. Useless owner. If you really love your love ones, go find a better funeral home for them.

It was big enough, though the owners/managers didn't help with the planning. Like they rented it out for the weekend and left!nLuckily grandma was surrounded by love.
