The lower rating is because these flowers were ordered from out of state to a family member here who had surgery. They arrived fresh but rather than nicely put together, they looked like they had just been picked and wadded into the vase. We did not ask for replacement or refund..we simply spoke with a young lady who took offense at my stating we thought they should know about the flowers. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I purchase fresh flowers or pick them, I try to put them together nicely.
I did not like the bouquet arrangement they sent my wife and they promptly offer refund or re-do it correctly.
Abbey and her staff are amazing. I recently bought some flowers to celebrate 6 months of marriage and they knocked it out of the park. I sent them pics of flowers that we had at our wedding and they took the time to put something together that was similar. Thank you so much! My wife loved them!
