My parents have been taking our family dog to Pilot Knob Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. They've only ever had positive things to say about the staff and the care our dog Watson has received.nnSo when it came time to choose a vet for my new rescue pup Ernie, there was no doubt in my mind that we were going to choose Pilot Knob Animal Hospital for his care--even though we live 25 minutes away! Whether on the phone or in person, every interaction I have with staff is a pleasant, positive one. Any time I have an emergency or feel stressed about my pup, they answer my questions on the phone and squeeze us in for an appointment if need be. The quality of care we receive is top notch. I know he is always in good hands. I also appreciate that they don't run expensive tests just to charge us more money. They are very honest with what tests or procedures they advise. Can't say enough good things about PKAH. I highly recommend!
Where animal control takes lost pets to
I have been going to Pilot Knob Animal Hospital for well over a decade. Back when I saw an article on Dr Peck and how good of a person he is. When I got a cat and he broke his leg. They were there to fix him, mend him and get him back to full health. They were also there when then same car developed a tumor at the age of 7 and had to be put down. After adopting a dog Pilot Knob has once again been there for all my animal needs. To her tearing muscles in both legs, to handling arthritic pain and to treating thyroid Issues. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve referred friends and family members there and they told me the same experience. Mandy is the one who typically answers the phone. And you can hear the smile on the other end with her greeting. Highly recommend Pilot Knob Animal Hospital. Their staff and vets are top notch.
I love having Pilot Knob as our vet! Our pup is happy after appointments and gets lots of love during. I feel comfortable asking questions without the fear of being judged for not knowing something, and they take the time to help me completely understand! Can not recommend them enough!!
I have been bringing my pets to Pilot Knob for care (and sometimes boarding) for over 5 years. This is a great clinic! I am so glad I found them. The staff is wonderful and the level of care is superior. The pricing is comparable to what you would expect. And just as important- my dog and 2 cats do very well there during the visits.
