I needed to send our condolences to the funeral home, Knox and Bros in Maysville. We are in Georgetown and was searching for a local florist. We wanted to send something other than flowers, called Carol Jean Flowers and so happy I did! Adam took care of everything! Its hard to order without looking at the items...but it actually was easy with Adam! He knew exactly what i was trying to explain that we were looking for, and we got 2 amazing Lanterns that were rustic wood with copper tops and he decorated them Amazingly!! So happy i called them! Delivered on time! Thanks Adam! Great Store and Prices!
Beautiful work
I called to order flowers to be delivered to my mom. Customer service was great. HOWEVER, my mom called the next day relaying a message from the florist. My credit card was declined. How embarrassing!!! They couldn't reach me, so they called the recipient?! Turns out, they wrote my card number down incorrectly. Why in God's name would you call the recipient for payment? Sorry, they lost my business forever.
