Amazing staff and doctors. Brought our old lap in and they were very compassionate and understanding for our situation.
Had an emergency with my dog. Skun herself on her side pretty good called emergency line and Lakeland vet was on call this weekend. Was quoted a price over the phone. When we got her in to the clinic the price doubled. I didn’t have an issue with getting my dog care but after she was seen I was told “that’s why we don’t give prices over the phone”(I was given a price over the phone) Then they wanted to keep her overnight (they do not offer 24 hour care) so my dog would have been alone all night. When I told them I was coming to get her that same night I was told that if anything happens I’d have to go to St. Cloud to get treated. Well in a facility with no 24 hour care my dog could have ripped her staples out in the middle of the night and no one would have been there to treat her anyway so I was bringing her home. She would not walk as it was very painful for her so I asked to carry her in I wasn’t allowed to do so due to the plandemic then the doctor was practically dragging her out the front door after surgery until I walked up and picked her up and carried her to the truck. 0/5 stars outrageous prices Very bad experience there and will NOT EVER be going back to this place.
The wonderful, caring staff from the veterinarians to the technicians and admit staff have taken care of our fur babies since we moved to Brainerd MN in 2002.
