My vet passed away unfortunately I had to search for another one. Most of the ones I found were pricey. When I first came to Lake animal they were fantastic to work with and I have going back ever since. Prices are reasonable and the Doctors are great to work with
This is the GREATEST animal hospital around. They care for your pet like it is their own. My dog really likes everyone that has helped him from the receptionist, vet techs and the vet. Very caring, and they explain everything about your visit and and pets needs. They will answer your questions without making you feel stupid. I highly recommend this place if you truly love your pet!!!
Great experience. They made our hyper puppy feel comfortable and happy. They even gave her a toy that she loves. Went here of a recommendation and I am glad we did
Our boy Monte is very accident prone. Of course we love him to pieces anyway! The care at Lake Animal has been so great. They always answer all my (many) questions and offer great advice. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur baby. We drive up from Saint Paul because we love this place so much! Being able to request appointments online is a huge plus, and I love the text option they offer too. Thanks so much for always taking great care of Monte!
Zero stars in not an option so here I am. My dog JUMPED on the vet tech in the parking lot and he told us to go back to our car. I waited outside in the cold with my dog for fifteen minutes until I finally called them. They said that they would only help me if I sedated my dog. The vet tech was so rude and did not even try to help in any way at all. We take our dog to the groomers just fine, we take him to White Bear Lake Animal Hospital just fine. Which we took him there this morning and got the urgent care that we needed yesterday which we were refused by Lake Animal Hospital. You are a VET, hire vet techs that know how to deal with dogs. Despicable service.
