I live in the Pacific North West and my mom lives in Benton. I called when i got home from work to order flowers for Mothers Day. The team at Woods heard what i wanted, gave me some brilliant ideas, stayed within my budget, and created a stunning arrangement for my mom. I will use them anytime i need flowers in the Marshall County area. Thank you so much for bridging the distance on such an important day.

My experience with this florist was fantastic! I live in Texas and needed to deliver flowers to a business associate in Kentucky and this florist was the only one in town that I found that has a functioning website where I could see the arrangements and easily order online. I needed to change my message after I had submitted my order and called the shop. The owner was SO sincere and kind and went above and beyond. I was so pleased with my interaction. They also answer their phones 24/7 for their recipients who may not be home when delivery is attempted so that they can deliver at a mutually convenient time. I highly recommend. Amazing customer service.
Excellent service! I called from out of state to send a plant for a funeral. Dale graciously worked with me, after hours, to make sure the plant was sent on time. He even called the funeral home to get specific details that I did not have. Highly recommend!
