This was the first time I have visited the shop and it won't be my last. I needed a last minute bouquet and I saw the flowers sign. The inside is closed right now so I pulled up and called the shop. Donna answered and was so sweet and helpful. I asked for a spring bouquet of her choosing. It is better in person than in the picture. It was more than you would get picking up a bouquet from Kroger. Great value! AND I didn't even mention JOEY yet, the golden retriever shop dog. He greeted me at the door and gave me lots of love to say hello and goodbye. I called regarding a last minute delivery and was happy to hear that same day delivery was an option still. Donna sent me 4 pictures of unique items in the store so I could shop safely online and guaranteed me an afternoon delivery! Customer service was great and the products were tough to chose between, they were all beautiful! Thankful they were able to make up for my lack of planning today!

I can't recommend Donna & Larry's Flowers enough. Whenever I have spoken with Donna on the phone she has proven to be both empathic and organized. Moreover, she's an excellent listener who can therefore customize your order leaving you with peace of mind. Those who have received floral arrangements that I have ordered have always told me how beautiful their presentation was.

THANK YOU DONNA AND LARRY!!!nnI've never left a review for anything, anyone, at all, ever. Until now.nnPLEASE support this amazing small business - don't buy flowers from corporate companies.nnI (stupidly) placed an order with a different corporate flower company online, who unsurprisingly never delivered the flowers I ordered for my girlfriend's birthday and I didn't find out until it was almost too late. Then I called Donna last minute and let me tell you - Donna and Larry saved the day! They went out of their way to make sure a beautiful bouquet of flowers were delivered to my girlfriend within only a few hours, and at the last minute.nnAnd the flowers were incredible! Funny enough, my girlfriend ended up also receiving the flowers from the corporate company too (after I had cancelled the order since they were so late). Low and behold, Donna and Larry's flowers were 100x better, fresher, and the bouquet was bigger for a way better price. No comparison side by side.nnCan't ask for better customer experience than that.nnThank you for saving the day Donna and Larry!

We absolutely love Donna and Larry's Flowers -- We have been using this flower shop for years! Donna and Larry are so personable and actually care about the flowers they are providing knowing that there is a special reason and love behind every request. They really do take amazing care of the customers and the flowers are gorgeous. Even in a snow storm and short notice request they were able to provide my grandma with the most amazing arrangement. Highly recommend. Thank you Donna and Larry!
