I had the most amazing experience with Charvat The Florist, Inc.! I emailed back and forth with Kim to discuss what my best flower combination would be, and they were SO helpful! And then when I called to place the delivery order, - I think Cindy? - was also SO helpful, and so kind, and it was overall such a great, pleasant, easy experience. I really appreciated all the help and support and friendliness I received!nnAnd, on top of it all, when my delivery was fulfilled same-day, the recipient adored the flowers. Next time I'm ordering flowers - I know who to call!

Customer service needs improvement. When calling in to check on my order, the lady was rude, and real snappy! Customer service outweighs your product, and I will definitely re-consider whether or not I would like to continue business with this company or not.

I wanted to pot some violets for a bedroom. A local garden nursery suggested that I shop here. I received excellent advice and help with colors and companion plants. It's been two weeks and the plants are healthy and happy.

Went to my favorite ufffcflorist yesterday. Has a greenhouse attached. On the counter stood a bunch of snow white flowers - I raved. Enormous Delias! Dave the florist give me one as a gift and said to cut the stem,ufffc float it in a dish and it would be beautifullyufffc showyufffc for at least a weekufffc! Little gift from him but it was an enormous gesture to me. Shop local!!! Thank you, “CHARVAT THE FLORIST” on Mack Ave, Grosse Pointeufffc Farms!
