Very good customer service! I ordered anbirthday delivery for my mom who is older and has difficulty hearing. The delivery person could not get in touch with her (because of her lack of hearing) and brought it back to the store. There are other circumstances involved, but one of the employees took it upon themselves to deliver the package on her way home from her shift. I am very grateful for a compassionate response from a kind person. My mom loved the arrangement! Please patronize this place, they will take care of you!

Manager treated me so bad today I was told I’m doing fraud manager said her name was Judy I sent out 2 gifts to two different households I was questioned about why I put both of there names down and I was also told I want get my order the lady made it her business to try to tell the company I’m not the person and that I’m using different names and same card make it make sense do your job the other lady this morning was so kind to me and I’m working hard everyday I spent my money here over $83 took off my card to gift to people that mean something to me this place ruined my day I truly hope this lady Judy is happy she Profiled me I’m truly disappointed and hope to never Experience this and be Profiled againud83dude33ud83eudd7a

My experience at this location was good besides Judy. I called in this morning to confirm and make sure they could deliver my order. She was very rude and smart, She asked rudely did you receive an confirmation email I said yes I did, Judy then say ok then. I responded and said last time I received a call and was told y’all couldn’t accommodate my delivery because I didn’t give enough time or something like that! Judy then follow with well it’s scheduled to be today to Jasmine from Jasmine I know who it’s going to and from she was very rude and shouldn’t of came to work today if she wasn’t feeling it or whatever her issue was she could be in the back somewhere!! I won’t be ordering from this location again!!

Sent my granddaughter a custom birthday bouquet of chocolate covered pineapple daises, it was adorable. Pineapple is her favorite i was pleased at how willingly they went above to create a bouquet that fit her limited taste. the entire family enjoyed it and said it was a wonderful treat. She took pictures of it to show it off to all her friends.
