Went to get my stray cat checked in today for an emergency. Turns out he died outside from a possible feline disease or natural causes & had to be cremated for safety. The entire process at this emergency clinic was fantastic. The girls were so kind and thoughtful, they provided me with a lot of information & even my stray cats paw print stamped on a clay block for remembrance. Though there was nothing they could have done, I still appreciate everything the clinic did to help.nnAs for the prices, I understand why some people would say they’re expensive. However, this is a running clinic that needs to sustain itself. With all due respect, if you can’t pay for an animal don’t get one at all. If not, get pet insurance or simply budget. Everything in America is expensive what do you expect?
My 9 month old kitten had babies and the silly cat was in my basement ceiling having the babies....one baby fell from ceiling and this place took the newborn in immediately!!! The Baby survived and is home with its siblings and momma. These guys are AWESOME!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! GREAT STAFF, keep up good work!! I'm very thankful for places like this that has a staff full of kind, caring, and compassionate people.
Had to rush my Husky at 3am due to seizures and everyone was very helpful and kind. I can tell they had my dogs health in mind. The doctor explained very well everything that needed to be done and made me feel at ease leaving my dog there. Definitely recommend!
They were absolutely the best. Kept us informed on each step of treatment and diagnosis. Very, very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Woodworth took a significant amount of time to discuss with me every aspect of what she observed with my cat. She wrote out a full report with recommendations for my primary vet based on new findings that had somewhat acutely arisen. She called with each thing to discuss what they could/should do vs what could wait until I get into my primary vet in the next couple days. She showed great compassion and care towards my old boy. Karen, who I believe is a tech, was also fantastic. She was friendly and listened. They both did.
