it was my first visit, and of course I couldn't go inside, so can't comment on that.nthe techs and the vet were very good about letting me know how the exam went and made very helpful suggestions.ni will be taking my cat back soon for shots, and look forward to continuing the relationship.
I boarded my Yorkiepoo puppy here for a few days while I tended to some business. The staff was nice and I was able to call and check on my puppy daily. The boarding price was reasonable also. I'd use them again.
Not only does this place have the longest wait time they handle any issue unprofessionally. I had set an appointment for my two cats well in advance since I rescued a cat that had fleas I needed to bring both cats in. The day before the appointment they had called to confirm that they only had one cat scheduled and the other was subject to a same day appointment which costs more and had unknown wait times. The only thing they could offer was were sorry and made no effort to correct the issue. I only came here because it was so close to my house but they have let me down too many times and I dont think its worth it anymore
