Preferred Veterinary Care

Dr Donny and his staff are truly amazing. I called three vets in the area the morning my dog (Hashbrown) was hit by a car, every other vet was concerned with everything else but the current state of Hashbrown. . After i told Preferred Veterinary care my dog was hit by a car, they asked how far away are you so we can have the gurney ready. When I arrived they met me at my vehicle, took the dog and started pain management. Then they asked me for my information. He had a broke leg with an exposed bone and a bunch of other cuts. He was in there care for a week. They called me twice a day for the first three days, and then once daily after he was pretty much in the clear. The first call was from the Office manager with an overall update and then I would get a call from Dr Donny a few hours later with details about his leg and blood test results. One of the vet techs was with him for two or three nights to ensure he was comfortable.nnWhat was truly amazing was when i picked him up today . The staff came in and hugged him and then shared stories about how Hasbrown joined them for breakfast and tried routinely to eat the pet toad that lives by the back door. It was never about anything but Hashbrown. These people are great folks , genuinely love animals and they do what they say.nnA week ago I didnt think he had a chance but thanks to Dr Donny and his staff, Hashbrown is spoiled more than ever and is home with his family and on his way to a full recovery.nnChuck Conder

It was a Saturday night around 9:30pm, my cat got very very sick. I called around and a lot of placing said I would have to pay $100 for it being after hours. I texted Dr. Donny and he got back with me under 20 minutes, said to bring her on down. He opened his doors for me to bring my cat in that night. We were their probably over an hour and it only cost me $45. They go out of their way to help, they are the ones that will go the extra mile. Thank you!

The office manager did all she could to help get my dog seen but the vet refused

Paid 159.00 cause my Chihuahua was bloated. They looked at her and did a Xray. She wasn't in there 30 min. They gave her 4 cans of dogfood and told me she was just bloated and they gave her meds and said she will be fine in 2 days or so.. Well she was so miserable they said she would throw up some well she did.. I left to go to the store and my husband called me and she had PASSED AWAY.. I ask for blood work thought they did it and they didn't.. Maybe if they would have my SWEET SADIE WOULD STILL BE HERE!!!
