There was a death in our family and I choose to order from Cottage Floral. We are military living out of state so I had to place the order over the phone. We decided on what I presumed to be a decent sized lantern. The cost after delivery to the funeral home was nearly $70. A family member sent a photo and the lantern was small and the bow was lime green and pink with polka dots. I was so embarrassed. When I called the business, the manager stated people like bright, cheery things for funerals and she actually made the bow. I was stunned. She offered to remake the bow if I bring it in and stated the bow was free anyway. If ordering without actually seeing the product, be very specific as to what you want. This lantern did not belong at a funeral but instead an Easter celebration.

Terrific place to purchase gifts, home accessories, memory (funeral) merchandise and such. Can even rent a tux for prom or wedding there! Great sales associates, very helpful!
