My fiancé ordered my tulbi Bouquet from you guys, asked for it to be mostly pinks, GUYS ITS A TULBI BOUQUET IT’S OUR SPECIAL DAY!!! FIRST OFF MOST OF THE FLOWERS WERE DISGUSTING DEAD, SECOND IT WAS SO SMALL I WOULDN’T EVEN TAKE IT TO A SICK PERSON TBH, WAS UNORGANIZED AND JUST PUT TOGETHER HOWEVER, I HAD MY SISTER IN LAW TAKE IT TO KROGER AND TAKE OUT THE DEAD ONE AND ADD DIFFERENT ONES TO FIX IT, I AM SO DISAPPOINTED OF WHAT I SAW ON INSTAGRAM AND WHAT I RECEIVED ON MY TULBI THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING MY DAY.

I hired them to provide 3 bouquets of flowers in which I found on their Instagram page. I simply requested to have three bouquets made the exact way. (All roses and peonies) They explained that the few peonies in the bouquet were out of season, which was fine. They stated they were going to substitute the peonies with a different flower. When my event planner picked up the bouquets, two out of the three bouquets were 95% hydrangeas and had a couple roses. They tried playing me for a fool, as I paid for three bouquets of ROSES, hydrangeas are a CHEAP flower and they knew exactly what they were doing. When I called the owner apologized, and offered a refund although that did NOT fix the issue. Its not about the money, it’s the simple fact that I asked and requested for one thing and got the complete opposite. Thank god this wasn’t a huge event like a wedding.. I couldn’t imagine. All in all, the bouquets I was provided ruined my table and my vision. I was cheated out of money, time, and my vision itself. I do not recommend them at all, and if you do go to them make sure you babysit to ensure you get the product you’re paying for.

They were super professional and did exactly what I asked for! I was extremely pleased with their service and I highly recommend them for any event. And this is coming from a super picky person. AK floral is such a comforting place. He makes brides and customers feel like family. I gave him a price budget and he made an amazing arrangement for me in a box! It was absolutely breathtaking. I have went through him for birthday parties & my engagement. My visions came to life. I will recommend him to everyone!
