Jeff and his team did an amazing job with my father's arrangements. Jeff is compassionate and professional, working to help families put their loved ones to rest with dignity and respect. His staff were all extremely helpful. All details were taken care of, and made my life much easier as my family navigated such a difficult time. Jeff and the staff at the Manchester Chapel were very respectful and accommodating to all of my families needs during the loss of my father. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and understood each step of the process. they were not pushy at any time and were very respectul to our needs. they did a wonderful job on dad's presentation in the Casket. giving us a memory of him as we all saw him.
Jeff and his staff are absolutely wonderful to work with!
The event center has been very nicely updated, and looks very welcoming, light and airy in decor. We were here for a Kiwanis event in the center.
