I have been bringing my animals to this vet for 3 years now. We love it there! The staff is very friendly and informative. I can tell that the vet truly cares about his patients. Also, the prices are very affordable. I trust them taking care of our fur babies.
Highly recommend Veterinarian Associates. Dr. Reynolds and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable. We had an emergency vet visit after hours and I was amazed with the follow up care we received from Dr. Reynolds and Alexis.
I wish I could give this zero stars. The receptionists and techs were very nice, but.. I took a stray here that was having an issue. The 'doctor' looked at and diagnosed the issue in a minute or less. He then said surgery would be required. The price would be up to $12000 depending on which surgery was done and other variables. Someone who was with me started to ask about payment options, and he immediately cut her off, saying that he won't do any arrangements. I had a bad feeling about it, so I took the animal to a different vet. The other vet said that the diagnosis from Veterinary Associates was most likely wrong, and even if it wasn't, the surgery at this clinic would be maximum $4000. New vet sent me home with some medicine for around $60, and it completely fixed the issue. New vet says the animal is healthy now and doing well, no surgery was ever needed. I'm so glad I didn't schedule the surgery at Veterinary Associates, so they could take my entire life savings and cut this baby open for no reason.
Wonderful Service!!! My one dog was abused and Dr. Reynolds and Staff new how to take care of him. Four years later we had to put him down. Thank- you to Dr. Reynolds and Staff for treating Rocky.
They are amazing and take great care of my sweet hachi. I have a senior dog that needs alot of care and had a lapse in care because of the pandemic making things crazy. They are so understanding of everything and they do their best to give him amazing care while respecting my financial limits.
