The first bad experience my family had with this place was in 2001. My great grandfather passed away and they put the funeral date on the grave instead of the day that he died. It took forever for them to replace it. This past week, my grandma passed away and we had her service at this place. They first messed up the picture on the obituary and they also messed up the obituary by saying one of her living brothers preceded her in death. Then, they messed up the slideshow that my family and I worked on for hours. They showed us a preview of the slideshow and it was labeled wrong. Then, they showed us another slideshow that had my grandma in the introduction, but it later showed another woman in the slideshow. This funeral home did a terrible job. They did do a good job decorating the casket and also the beautician did a good job preserving her body and fixing her up. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. There is a funeral home across the road that is much better than this place. We had our other grandma cremated there and they didn’t do a single mistake on the obituary nor the cremation
When family members have been here we were always treated with the up most courtesy and respect. I would recommend this Business to anyone!
