I haven’t even physically been to this place and I still stand by my five star review, especially for the folks working the phone. They gave me great advice when I called about my kitten when it would have been just as easy for them to refuse to say anything without seeing him/ask me to pay for an appointment. I’m so appreciative. When I do need to bring my little dude in to be neutered in a couple months, I’ll be headed their way.
I just really like this office staff. The gals that work here really make it worthwhile. I’ve been taking my dogs here for a few years. Not going to lie, I took one of my dogs to a closer vet office that was also just a little bit cheaper on pricing when we moved, but it just didn’t compare. I’ll be keeping my dogs at Skipworth and making the drive. I think it’s a high quality place.
Very friendly and professional. My fur babies are always happy to go here. Im happy with the results and the cost. What more can you ask for?
I rushed my dog in after multiple calls to my Old vet about an emergency my fur baby was having. The staff is fast acting, and updated me continuously along the way. The problem was located and acted upon quickly. While I couldn’t be by my sweet fur babies side during and right after his surgery, I feel that he has been in great hands! Could not be more appreciative.
We recently adopted from a shelter, and the staff were incredibly professional and sweet. They went above and beyond in getting us scheduled and we were in and out very quickly! I am seriously at a loss for words as to their professionalism. If you're in Richmond, we certainly would recommend.
