Big shout out to Yale Veterinary Hospital! I’ve taken my basset Sammy to several vets regarding her infected ear and Dr Andrea was Amazing! She was great with Sammy, treated her like she was her own pup and she was so informative and patient and took her time! I really appreciate thatud83dude4fud83cudffbud83dude4fud83cudffbud83dude4fud83cudffb I believe Sammy’s ear has improved tremendously! Thanks for your Amazing work you do!

Love the doctor, She is great! But I was charged for a doctor visit today, when I was told three weeks ago that it would be a quick tech visit. My kitten was neutered had an exam and his first set of shots, the next set of shots was set for three weeks, was supposed to be a quick tech visit, but he had a bump so I wanted the doctor to look at him, I had to wait 2 hours for him to see the doctor because he was originally only set for a tech visit!! (so another exam, 2 in three weeks!) This last set of shots was also supposed to be a quick tech visit, get the shots and out (he did just have an exam three weeks ago and was fine, two exams in six weeks!) but no, they decided to charge me for another exam and it cost me $40 just to get his last set of shots! I did not ask for an exam, and was not told they were going to do one until after they did it! Because of al this covid mess most vets aren't taking new patients, so I am stuck being hoodwinked until they do. I should have just taken him to tractor supply for his last set, would have been way cheaper, and they do a great job! it just that it is usually only $15 at the vet to finish off vaccinations, I had no idea they were going to do what they did! Makes me sick to my stomach that they are doing stuff like this to their long time customers now. I just wanted to take care of my fur baby and get his last set of shots, I didn't have that much money on me, we are broke right now I scraped up the $15 that I thought it was going to be, my heart dropped when they said it will be $40 on the phone! Because I didn't have that much, I had to put it on a credit card! Definitely won't be back once I can go somewhere else!

My kitty was in bad condition and they fixed him up easily, quickly, and compassionately. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends. My trusted clinic ❤ufe0f

Ridiculous. Chose them based on good reviews but this is unacceptable. Visit would have been perfect, only 5 mins for whole exam and wonderful consultation/info/etc- but we had to wait LITERALLY 2 HOURS. It is very obvious there is no communication behind the desks. My appt was scheduled for 9:15, we arrived 10 mins early. Not even seen until 10:50 and I didn't walk out until 11:10. My poor baby had to miss his feeding time and was just so perfect for having to wait.
