My bird fell ill, and finding qualified avian vets is no easy task. Dr. Buck is not only great at what she does, but she has also gone way above, and beyond to answer any questions I have, even over the phone. It's so nice when you're worried about your pet to have someone in your corner. On top of all of that, the office staff here is so kind, and inviting! Would 10/10 recommend this place to all of my pet parent friends.
Speedy scheduling, proper diagnosis, and effective treatment plan, all for one of my unwell hens. I drove an hour and a half for their services and will happily do so again; if it's called for! Thank you Birch Run staff and vets!!nn**I really appreciated their Covid precautions as well!
I will never go to another vet. Their love for animals is clear with every appointment, and I trust their treatment/direction with my dogs. Staff is very kind as well. Highly recommend.
First time going to Dr Buck. It was a great experience for us. My guinea pig has an URI, she got him right in, at appt time, brought him out to my vehicle and answered all my questions I had! She will definitely being seeing our little Sonic again! And the staff was amazing and helpful as well! Thank you!
Wonderful vet! Our kitty went here, and they treated him with such incredible care and compassion.. everyone from the office staff who made the appointment, to the vet tech, to the veterinarian was wonderful; not to mention they were quick and concise, and the doctor was incredibly kind and easy going. Easy and flexible scheduling, and incredibly understanding for changes in schedule, in advance of course. A drop-off appt. took only about 1 hour. I stayed right in the parking lot and waited! Very convenient. At our old vet, they kept our pets for over 6 hours! The vet himself brought Rudy out to my car personally, introduced himself, and asked if I had any questions. What a wonderful way to start our journey with Frankenmuth-Birch Run Vet Hospital. I will be transitioning our 2 dogs here very soon. I highly recommend anyone who needs a vet checking them out. Plus, there’s always adorable farm animals to look at while you wait. It’s a win-win! Our sweet kitty is a happy and healthy boy. Thanks again for your wonderful care!
