We have been bringing our pets to GAH for several years now, and love the way the staff and doctors care for them. They always take our concerns seriously and answer all our questions. We can tell they genuinely care for our pets, which means so much when one of them isn’t feeling well. We can trust that they’ll care for our animals as though they were their own.
We are blown away by the quality service that we receive at Georgetown Animal Hospital. The vets treat our pup with so much love and genuine care. I always feel informed and educated when we leave. I know when I bring my dog here I do not have to worry about him one bit! They know what they are doing and they do it well.
We have used this vet for all our animals. They have been humane and helpful for the last 10 years we have used them. Our first dog they helped him prolong his life and were compassionate when it was time to say goodbye. Recently they have helped us with our current dogs and guinea pigs giving them all equal attention.
Our dog was not cared for the best or treated the best at his previous vet. Our dog hated the vet. Since coming here, he walked in gracefully, they analyzed his breed, they listened to us, they took our dog with respect and they get to know him at EVERY visit. He's a sniffer and howler, but he means the best. Thank you for letting him sniff you and howl a bit before his visit. We can tell the difference in him coming to Georgetown. It has been less than a year, but I hope his anxiety gets better with time. It has been a relief for us as dog parents. The staff is amazing, professional, responsive, dependable, the environment is great, and the process for covid-19 is exceptional.
Everyone at this vet is great with my Baxter who got into the trash a few months back and recently had his stitches taken out & wonderful with our 3 cats. Always able to get me in and answer all my questions. AAA+
