Came in as a new patient and they are great! Everyone is so friendly and straight forward and they work so good with animals.nIt's nice when you can talk to the vet without feeling rushed, even if Covid forced it to be over the phone.nI expected Roo to be scared/nervous when he was done but he came out with his head high and happy.nYou all are great, thanks for taking such good care of him!
I love Dr.Jelsema, haven't met the vet that saw my 3 dogs last week. It's not their fault but I felt very disconnected, not being able to go in with my dogs. Definitely wanted to be with them. I hope it gets back to normal soon.

I love this vet! Coming in as a new patient, everyone has been so kind and helpful trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog.
We brought our dog there and after spending $1,000 he got worse and died. They sent him home the day he passed saying he was in good shape even though he was in serious pain, not eating or drinking.
