They made an arrangement for my daughter for Valentine’s Day, and it was perfect. The only thing I told them was the age of my daughter, and they were spot on with the whole arrangement, including the vase. I have never been disappointed with their work.
My dog had surgery a couple weeks ago and my mom ordered flowers for us from Hudsonville Floral. They went above and beyond for us. My mom asked if they had any dog related items, but found that most things they offered dog related were in memory of and that did not fit our situation. The florist offered to go to the dollar store to see if she could find something that would work. When our flowers arrived, there was a cute little beagle figurine on the top of the floral arrangement. Our pup at home is also a beagle so it couldn’t have been anymore perfect. Sometimes customer service is overlooked these days, but Hudsonville floral has never lost that. Something so simple meant so much to us and we are so happy with the service of Hudsonville floral as always.
The Roses here are awesome!
Called in the morning to have a corsage made by early afternoon, after a little miscommunication in pickup time they were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you very much for helping make my husband's surprise for our daughter a success.
